I led a "face...Mark, couldn't agree more. I led a "face off" for a client between Pega and Tibco a year or two ago. As you mention, Pega integrates processes & rules seamlessly; Tibco has separate products (in fact, the rules engine is a re-badged 3rd party - Corticon iirc).
